AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
We are currently seeking a full-time licensed automotive technician, or second or third year technician apprentice, to join our high volume service department in Smiths Falls. Whether you are a recent technical school graduate or an experienced licensed technician, we offer a unique opportunity to begin or enhance your career in the automotive repair field. This position is currently for our service shop in Smiths Falls but comes with the option to transfer to our brand new, air conditioned state-of-the-art shop in Perth, Ontario in 2024.

Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance and repairs as assigned
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform the repair
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Communicate with Service Advisors when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed in the accepted time frame
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards
Qualifications:
- Must possess automotive maintenance experience and/or some automotive maintenance knowledge
- Focused on team effort and helping to maintain and uphold our high expectations of customer relations and automotive service through an attention to detail, pride and strong interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license – minimum G2 and clean drivers record
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in accordance with all Occupational Health and Safety Standards
